Flat fees are set by mutual agreement with the client, depending on the complexity of the case, the work required, the client's resources, and the stakes involved.
In matters where the procedure may generate a significant economic result, it is possible to agree on pricing that includes a flat fee and an additional fee based on a percentage of the amounts obtained.
For clients seeking regular legal support, an annual subscription agreement can be concluded with monthly legal monitoring and preferential rates for all services.
